The Search For Kindred Spirits
Clearly defining who I'm serving...and maybe it's you
A couple of themes in my life are: A. Working towards becoming the (mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually) healthiest version of myself, and B. Working towards making my life as juicy and EASY as possible.
These themes are actually my fuel for Creative Self Care.
Anyway, I have a blog and podcast all about this topic. And honestly, I believe anyone could benefit from taking a creative approach to their health and wellbeing. But, that said, who exactly am I speaking to?
To answer that I had to really think about where I’m speaking from.
I’m speaking as a middle aged, female identifying person who struggled most of their life with low self esteem, poor body image, reckless behaviors, zero boundaries, no sense of stability, trust and abandonment issues, anxiety, and depression, and YET, presented as someone who had their shit together. Hello, toxic positivity.
Anyway, the people I really want to join the conversations at CMC are going to be the people who can contribute to it.
I want to get real about our obstacles, I want to get creative with our solutions, and I want to do this through an open-minded, supportive community.
Who’s with me?
If this is you, hit me up! You can send me a DM. Or if you know someone who feels like a HELL YES, send along any of my links! Let’s support and inspire one another while we get creative with our self care so we can live healthy, empowered and fulfilling lives!
